2023 SUPPORT FOR PLEASANTON VIRTUAL ACADEMY KIMBAP EVENT

On November 15, 2023, the parents of Hansamo supported the Kimbap making event organized by the Pleasanton Virtual Academy Korean Class. Volunteer parents prepared a variety of cooked ingredients including seaweed, rice, eggs, carrots, cucumbers, crab meat, burdock roots, pickled radish, fish cakes, and ham. With the gathered ingredients, the PVA Korean teacher and students had a delightful class experiencing Korean food and culture while making Kimbap with their chosen ingredients. The combination of various ingredients resulted in delicious Kimbap. Korean language and culture, combined with various other cultures in the United States, play a positive role. It was a meaningful volunteer activity in line with the spirit of Hansamo.
